Mint, pea and crème fraiche soup

A refreshing soup that's quick and simple to make.  Serves 2   Prep 18 minutes

Ingredients

400g frozen petit pois
10cm chunk cucumber, roughly chopped
10 large fresh mint leaves
10 large fresh basil leaves
large handful of watercress
300ml V8 Original Vegetable Juice
200ml water
4tbsp low-fat crème fraiche
1/2tsp caster sugar
