“By eating healthy and exercising regularly, people with diabetes can improve their insulin sensitivity and glycaemic control and reduce their dependence on medicines or insulin injection. Regular moderate-intensity exercise is recommended for people with diabetes, along with a healthy diet,” he concluded.
